There are many edible flowers and herbs. They can be added to salads raw, cooked, sugared, frozen in ice cubes, used to decorate cakes etc…
My favorite thing to do with my gardens flowers and herbs is add them to green salads. Flowers and herbs have medicinal properties, attract beneficial insects as well as flavor and visual appeal.
